SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS
Submersible pumps are important equipment for deep well water extraction. When used, the whole unit sneak into the water to extract groundwater to the surface, which can be used for domestic water, mine rescue, industrial cooling, farmland irrigation, seawater lifting, ship transfer, and can also be used for fountain landscape. The submersible pump consists of a control cabinet, a diving cable, a water pipe, a submersible pump and a submersible motor.
Classification
As far as the medium is used, the submersible pump can be roughly classified into a clean water submersible pump, a sewage submersible pump, and a seawater submersible pump (corrosive).
According to the installation method of the submersible pump, it can be divided into three categories:
1. Vertical submersible pumps which can be used in general wells;
2. The submersible pump used in the oblique direction which can be in the roadway with slope in the mine;
3. Submersible pumps for horizontal which use can be used in the pool.
The choice of the submersible pump before use is very important. The model of the pump should be selected according to the actual conditions of the water source and the working time and pumping capacity. First, the head should be selected to be larger than the difference between the water intake and the water outlet; secondly, the flow rate of the pump should meet the requirements of drainage and irrigation.
