SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS FOR DEEP WELL

The most important feature of the deep well pumps is the integration of the motor and the pump. It is a pump that is immersed in a groundwater well for pumping and transporting water. It is widely used in farmland irrigation and drainage, industrial and mining enterprises, urban water supply and drainage, and sewage treatment. Since the motor is submerged into the water at the same time, the structural requirements for the motor are special to those of the general motor.
The structure of the motor is divided into four types: dry type, semi-dry type, oil-filled type and wet type.
The suction tube and pump must be filled with liquid before the pump is turned on. After the pump is turned on, the impeller rotates at a high speed, and the liquid therein rotates with the blades. Under the action of centrifugal force, the fly out of the impeller is emitted outward, and the velocity of the injected liquid in the pump chamber is gradually slowed down, the pressure is gradually increased, and then the discharge pipe is discharged from the pump outlet.

At this time, a vacuum low-pressure zone having neither air nor liquid is formed at the center of the blade due to the liquid being smashed to the surroundings, and the liquid in the liquid pool flows into the pump through the suction pipe under the action of the atmospheric pressure of the pool surface. Therefore, the liquid is continuously sucked from the liquid pool and continuously flows out from the discharge pipe.
