Stainless Steel Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pumps
Stainless steel pumps can transport a wide range of media from tap water to industrial liquids. Its over current components are stamped in a stainless steel plate and are adapted to different temperature, flow and pressure ranges. Stainless steel pumps are suitable for non-corrosive or lightly corrosive liquids and can deliver liquids up to 120 °C.
The stainless steel pump is a pump type that is connected to the motor and submerged under the liquid.
Compared with ordinary gear pumps or asphalt pumps, stainless steel gear pumps have the following advantages:
1. It has compact structure and small air volume. Because the stainless steel pump works under submerged liquid, it can be directly installed in the sewage tank. It does not need to build a special pump room to install the pump and the machine, which can save a lot of land and infrastructure costs.
2. Stainless steel pump is easy to repair. The small stainless steel gear pump has an automatic device, and the large stainless steel gear pump is equipped with an automatic coupling device, so installation and maintenance are quite convenient.
3. Its continuous operation time is long. Since the stainless steel gear pump is coaxial with the pump and the motor, and the shaft is short, the rotating parts are light in weight, so the load (radial) received on the bearing is relatively small, and the life is much longer than that of the ordinary pump.
4. Stainless steel pumps do not have problems such as cavitation damage and water infusion. Therefore, it brings great convenience to the operator.
